Refund policy

For health and safety reasons, Candy Confusion does not allow returns or exchanges on any candy or food items.

If you encounter any problems with your order, please visit our contact page and get in touch with our Customer Experience team within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

For non-edible products, we offer a 15-day return window, meaning you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping charges, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Do not dispose of the item or its packaging, as our Customer Experience team (Contact Page) may request photos or other proof.

Non-returnable Items


Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please go to our Contact Page and reach out to our Customer Experience team for assistance.
