RETURN POLICY
Due to health and safety regulations, Candy Confusion does not accept returns or exchanges on any candy or food items.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Experience team within 7 days of receiving your items by visiting our contact page. For non-edible purchases, we offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Keep the item and packaging intact, as Customer Experience team may request photos or proof.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special or personalized orders), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions about specific items.
Returns for sale items are not accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
